Shipping Policy / Returns / Cancellations

For your peace of mind all orders are sent with proof of postage and are insured against loss or damage. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email to notify you. The email will also contain the tracking code for your order, which can be used at

Europe / International Delivery: £11.99 (1-5 working days). The expected delivery dates can change when customs are inspecting any parcels. We cannot do business with customers in: 

Germany, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Malta, Portugal or Slovakia. 

If your order is lost in the post, we will send you a replacement, according to the timescale designated by the chosen courier for the items to be considered lost. We use TNT for most international deliveries. Will not ship to some states or countries.

We aim to dispatch all orders by 3pm the same day Monday to Friday, subject to items being in stock. We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you supply in the checkout procedure. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us. If there is any error or any other delivery problem in respect to the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this. 

Once an order has been dispatched you may return the goods within 30 days of receipt. Goods must be unopened with seals intact. If an item has been used / opened, we cannot accept a return due to potential denaturing of the product. 

To cancel or return goods please contact us via email quoting your order number. All products on our website are legal in the United Kingdom. We cannot provide any information on the legal status of a product in any other country. You accept the responsibility to inform yourself about your local laws and  import and customs regulations before ordering and you certify that the import to your country of the products ordered is legal. By placing an order at you accept all responsibility regarding the legality of the products that will be shipped to you.

Warranty period is 24 months or until the end of the end of the bets before date if within 24 months. Please refer to the best before dates on product packaging to determine product life. However, we guarantee a minimum of 6 months shelf life from when the product is dispatched.
